[USML Announce] USML transactions - update

  I have now reversed all of the FAAB acquisitions and accompanying waiver
transactions, and input all of the corrective moves. If I made any
mistakes, please let me know.

  Note: as of today, you can start enter FAAB bids that will be processed
on Saturday at midnight and take effect this coming Sunday, August 2.
