While there remains uncertainty about whether there will be a baseball season in 2020, this email is sent in the hopes that owners and players agree on a 60 game season that starts July 19.  If that occurs, we will need to adjust some of our rules to accommodate the short season. Attached is an adjusted rules proposal. Comments welcome, but it would be helpful to get a general consensus as soon as we can.       MARK B. BLOCKER
