[USML Announce] USML - 2020 Season

That's a good question. Seems we ought to have some minimum to constitute
a season, though we shouldn't require that they play through to determine a
champion. (That didn't happen in '94, but we still had roto stats.)
No idea the right number of games? Fifty percent of whatever they decide
to play?
