That surely used to be the rule, but I don't think the onroto site has ever
processed bids like that.  And I think we agreed a long time ago to defer
to the site processing rules so Mark B. would no longer have to make manual
adjustments. So I think Infante is a Brat.  (Not sure if I should say
"sorry" or "you're welcome" to Rick ...)
