[USML Announce] Draft day - the unsigned?

All good points, but I suggest we table this discussion until next weekend
to see if the CBA is resolved by then. I think it would be unwise to cancel
the draft 3 weeks in advance of draft day, but if we are still in this same
spot next weekend, we could revisit this.
