[USML Announce] USML - Rosters update

[Present Tense]

Mark (and league).

Sam Huff was a Y1 for me last year because he was on the 40-man when I bought him in the auction draft for the 2021 season. He also appeared for me in 2020 but did not exceed MLB rookie limits.

I didn’t retain him either year and then took him in the rotation draft this year. 

Is he a Y0 or a Y1?
