<<From the day after the season ends until the first weekly transaction deadline after August 1, any team in the League can consummate a trade with any other team in the League. Thereafter and until the last weekly transaction deadline before September 1, a team can only consummate a trade with teams contiguous to it (or tied with it) in the League standings. No trades may be consummated thereafter until the day after the season ends.
