[USML Announce] Waiver Claims

The short answer to this is I do not know.  But Kerber is correct that we have dealt with this in the past and I think we just have to go with however Onroto processes bids.  I know that is unsatisfying because it makes it harder to plan, but there are no settings that we can tweak to affect this.  If owners want me to get a specific explanation for Rick’s question about Bleday, I can do that.

I have a related question/concern. I thought non contingent bids were processed before contingent bids but the website no longer seems to be doing that either. (See Blocker’s contingent bid for Scott Barlow a few week’s ago).

Seems like we need to either try to adjust the website or our rules.

   I could be missing something, but as I read our waiver claim rules, aren’t waiver claims awarded to teams in reverse order of standings?  My number one transaction last night was to claim Bleday.  Three other teams also put in a claim, but none of them were the 10th place team.  As the unproud owner of the 9th place team, I’m confused as to how he went to the 5th place team instead of the 9th place team.  Thanks in advance for clearing things up.
