[USML Announce] H.D. Roster

    Thank you Commish.  H.D. roster is good, except for the annual Onroto
problem of getting foreigners rostered - in this case future superstar
Josuar Gonzalez (0 2) from the Dominican Republic.  And congrats to WI for
getting a 3 seed.  And congrats to IU for being left out - they would have
just lost their first game anyway.  But things will drastically change next
year, when they'll have an actual coach!
