[USML Announce] 2004 League Configuration

I would support going to 11 or 12 teams by next season.  I believe more teams 
gives more incentive ($$$$$) for franchises to finish at least in at least 
fourth place.  I also believe we need to fill the huge void left by the departed 
Riptorns.  Perhaps more teams can fill that empty feeling...
