Here's my votes on Rich's proposals.

1.  NO on trading of FAAB dollars.  Even if we change our FAAB rules under
my proposal, I think Rich's suggestion would encourage people to give FAAB
$$ to weak teams late in the year simply to block opponent's bids.  This is
the type of rule guaranteed to lead to disputes and ill will.

2.  NO on e-bay rules.

3.  YES on using NL stats for players traded during the year.  I supported
this last year and continue to to do so because I think it reduces the
impact of pure fortuity.
