[USML Announce] Joe Mauer

Can we please just suggest names?  I don't really want to cross check each
roster against depth charts.  It's tough enough getting prepared for the
draft as is.

Another possible approach is to agree that any player listed at MLB.com as
#1 on the depth chart (whether or not on the 40 man roster) is eligible to
be drafted.  This would cover Mauer and probably anyone else that might fall
into his circumstances.
