[USML Announce] Roster Review

Here are a few initial observations.  Please check these and see if you
agree.

AYM Reserve Roster:

        Damian Moss should be in Year 1.
        David DeJesus should not have a running contract yet.

Bombers Reserve Roster:

        Torres should be in Year 1.

Red-Hots Reserve Roster:

        Bard should be in Year 1.

Brats Active Roster:

    Morneau should be $10
    
Brats Reserve Roster:

I think that Blocker got Brazelton's status right, he has too many IPs to be
a rookie and therefore his contract is in Year 1.

This is exactly what I was looking for; thanks Rich.  Note to the league:  
all of the corections that people have provided me with have now been entered.  
I will wait for any further comments today before finally releasing the 
rosters to the system.
