[USML Announce] First Week FAAB Bidding

Actually, now I think the first transaction period is still a week away.  
(Are the NY/TB games in Japan Spring Training games, not regular season?)  
Anyway, same question about FAAB eligibility in either case, as I don't believe 
final rosters will be set yet, as of our transaction deadline.
