[USML Announce] USML - ABs and IP

Our problem is solved.  If you look at the TQ stats team reports, you should
now see listings for ABs and IPs.  This will allow us not only to police the
IP minimums, but also to see what a phenomenal year the pitchers on Klein's
reserve are having.
