[USML Announce] Roster Freeze Day

Has anyone proposed a Roster Freeze Day yet?  If not, I suggest March 11th at 11:59.  That'll allow the players to have at least a few spring training games under their belt and give us all a week to adjust our draft strategies before the auction.
