[USML Announce] Rule change for 2006 to think about

Amen brother.

We have voted on this proposal numerous times in the past.

It is always a very close vote.

I think that FAAB acquisition of players traded into the league works reasonably well and wouldn't be inclined to fuss with that aspect of our rules.
