Putting aside trade discussions for the moment, I beg to differ.  My  
recollection is that there have been numerous instances of inadvertently  distributed 
trade proposals.  That pesky "respond to:   announce at usml.net" is the 
explanation.
 
As for the trade discussions - REJECTED.  I was going to counter and  then 
realized that Drese is the best that you've got.  Scary.
