[USML Announce] For Whom Does Beltre Toll?

So, to quote Caddy Shack, at least Beltre's got that going for him.  Unfortunately, he's pretty much matching Pods in all the other categories, so it's hard to argue that he's worth much.  I guess getting off the 'roids at least made him quicker.
