The rule is you can only bid on players that show up on the site.  We concluded that to do otherwise would be unfair to Mark and create way to much potential for trouble.

I seem to recall that we limit eligibility to those listed on TQ Stats.  Mark,

Hi, guys.  With respect to FAAB, are the only FAs we're allowed to bid on 
are those listed on TQStats as available players?  For instance, if a guy gets 
recalled or whatever on Sat. night can we bid on him Sunday if name doesn't 
appear on that list (I don't know how quickly TQS puts that info on site)?
