[USML Announce] quick question

Speaking of the constitution, take a look at the text posted at www.usml.net. During the winter I worked in the rules we've used in recent years to handle early drafts.  The new text is highllighted.  I didn't make substantive changes, I just codified our practices.

But that was different.? The constitution specifically requires that all ambiguities in the rules be construed against the Riptorns.? The constitution does not directly address the rotation draft status of "new" (or renewed) franchises.? Hence, Brad goes to the end of the line.
