[USML Announce] Huber Justin Time to Kickstart Struggling Riptorns

The unexpected but wildly heralded arrival of slugging Justin Huber has
reignited the Riptorns' hopes of a ninth-place finish this season.  "This
has been our plan since Day One," explained Rips' co-host Brad Jansen.
"With Huber, Howie and some other kids soon to make their debuts, I am quite
confident we will be able to slip past the K-9.  We have no intention of
being bottom feeders, this year or ever.  Let others commit to some vague
'long-term rebuilding' project...let others spend $9 on minor league set-up
men...we are here, we're not leaving, so buckle up, hunker down and put a
fresh roll of toilet paper near the potty.  That is all."
