Gentlemen,
 
Enough votes are in that we have a result.  Thanks.
 
Proposal 2B has been adopted with 8 votes in favor.  Proposal 2A  garnered 2 
votes and Proposal 1 has no votes.  Mark Kerber hasn't yet  voted, but with 
all due respect, the issue has been settled without him.
 
Rich, can you please amend the USML Constitution to incorporate the  language 
of Proposal 2B.
 
Effective immediately, players whose contracts are not running cannot  be 
traded from the commencement of the auction until June 1st.
