I looked at Article 17 and didn't know what Rich meant. Now I see what he
wrote. At first, I was going to complain. But then I recognized that all
of our rule ambiguities -- not to mention some damn clear rules -- have been
interpreted against the Nine for almost two decades. So Article 18 simply
codifies long-standing practice.
I enjoyed seeing everyone on Saturday. Now let's see if Brandon Inge can
snap that 0-20 streak. (I mean, even Alex Gordon has one hit!)

Do you mean Article 18 (take that, Mr. Klein...)?

I've updated our league's rules and posted them to <http://www.usml.net/>

I've revised Section 11.1 to address the switch to AllStar Stats.
New Section 12.13 is where I placed our new rule regarding trades of
prospects.
As is my custom, I've updated Article 17 (take that Mr. Klein. . .).
Finally, I've posted the 2006 final standings and final roster files on the
web site. They are not well formatted, but with the decline of TQ Stats
there wasn't much I could do.
