[USML Announce] Red-Hots Waivers and FAAB Adjustments

I''ve waived Cantu and Mackowiak, each of whom was acquired in the rotation
draft this year, so I think that means that a whopping $4 gets added to my
FAAB.

Also, if I've read the bids correctly, Saltalamacchia's salary will be $46.

Please make the necessary adjustments.
