[USML Announce] Suspension Disbelief

Question based on this ongoing story...

 Investigators recently found documents linking Gary Matthews to a 2004
shipment of HGH, which could potentially lead to a 60-80 game suspension.

...how does the USML treat the status of suspended players?  And no, he's
not on my team. Do we have a "don't ask, don't tell" policy or is this a
moral question to be debated by better roto players than me.....?
