[USML Announce] Serious Rule Change Proposal

I agree with RER (even though he certainly traded me Fernando Cabrera early
enough last season...) and support the Grin and Barrett Rule.  Andy, if you
were here I'd say, "Come here and give me a hug, will ya, but just don't
touch my Wood or Jeffrey's Putz."  Now, let's get ready for '08...I mean
'07!!!
