[USML Announce] RULE CHANGE

I'd support Andy's proposed rule change and if that doesn't fly I'll live  
with the Calamari change.
 
I proposed a rule change in December that I never saw a vote on:
 
I think if a guy gets dealt to the NL you should keep accruing his  stats.  
You can't retain a player for the following year if he's  on  an NL roster but 
to lose a guy because he is dealt seems insane and always has  seemed that way 
to me.
