[USML Announce] HATE TO BE A SNITCH

I hate to be a snitch especially at the expense of my good friend the Chief  
Flaming Brat but..................
 
He retained Jason DuBois (french for "The Brat") and I believe he is  
ineligible to be retained since he no longer has MLB Rookie status.   
 
If I have misread this rule...then it is the first mistake I have ever  made.
