[USML Announce] Silly Rules

I don't know how to tell on our new website, but if it is the case that Evan Longoria has not yet been activated by the AYM, then this trade is going to have to wait.? AYM need to activate Longoria effective on Sunday and then the trade can be made next week, effective the following week.

The rule we adopted last year (Article XII, Section 13) reads, in its entirely, as follows: 
>From the commencement of the Auction until June 1, any player whose contract is not running may not be traded. 
Evan Longoria's contract is not yet running.
