[USML Announce] Silly Rules

[Andy Klein]

When I go to the site there are two columns that use "A" -- one is MLB,
which seems to indicate his baseball status; the other is Status, which
seems to indicate his USML status.

That's a lot of status.  But it looks like we got things sorted out ...
