[USML Announce] USML - FAAB reconciliations

Buddha and others:

  First, Buddha, you don't have to release him; I will just delete the transaction.

  Second, several of you noted that your FAAB balance might be incorrect, so I created and circulated a reconciliation.  I would appreciate if owners would let me know if they believe the balance shown on the reconciliation is correct.  If I do not hear from owners by Thursday, I will assume that number is correct and use that going forward, especially for the few teams that noted improper balances.  Thanks.
