[USML Announce] Fwd: Nukes Waiver Claim

I explained at the beginning of the year there are no waiver claims.  You
can bid for the player the following week.

They are still in the constitution, though.  Is there anything to prevent

Per below, Nukes claimed Kason Gabbard off waivers.  I couldn't find a way
to make a waiver claim on the website.
