[USML Announce] Fwd: Nukes Waiver Claim

Are you sure that was discussed? ?I recall much discussion about FAAB bidding, but nothing about waivers. ?I also did a quick check of the message archive from March and April, and I didn't see anything about waivers--although I can't claim to have checked every e-mail.
