[USML Announce] March 15th Draft

I think she wants to do something in Chicago or Milwaukee that day. And, its very close to my birthday (Mar 31) so I have a feeling she's planning something for me. With that in mind, I thought I'd cut her a little slack.

Thanks for your advice though. :-)

Let me help you with something VERY important. You need to tell your wife, tactfully but firmly, that this is draft day and you cannot count on being available for anything else. Given flight schedules and all, there's no way you can count on being back that day. (Keep in mind that our morning drafts generally run into the middle of the afternoon.)

If you don't establish this kind of thing early, you'll just be stepping onto a slippery slope and you will never get off it--you'll just keep sliding down into the abyss of lost manliness.

You can thank me on draft day.

Mark

I'm trying to make arrangements to make it to the draft and need to know, as soon as possible, if March 15th is indeed the day and if so, what time will it begin. I'd prefer a morning draft. My wife is apparently trying to plan something for that late afternoon or evening (but won't tell me what). In the past it wouldn't be a big deal driving down from Milwaukee but now I have to fly from Connecticut.

  Thanks,
  Jim
