[USML Announce] March 15th Draft

Hear hear, Kerbs.  And my suggestion to shorten the draft process so that we
don't have to risk Jim's marital relationship is to curtail this nonsensical
"motion to think," which finds no constitutional support and, in my view,
echoes from the "abyss of lost manliness" to quote the poet Kerber.
