Can you check on what appears to be a bug with the onroto transactions 
system.  For any player currently on the DL, the system does not allow 
you to activate the player.  The only choices are "reserve" and 
"waive."  This presents a problem -- especially for players who are 
expected to come off the DL midweek -- like Ichiro.  As it stands now, I 
have no way of activating him for next week.
