[USML Announce] Onroto Transactions Problems

I went to reserve Willits and activate Ichiro. When I click the buttons
next to Ichiro, there is no option to activate. The only options are to
reserve and waive. (He's already reserved.) I then started checking
other players. With the exceptions of DL'd players, everyone had three
options - activate, reserve, waive. My other DL players (Lugo, Delluci,
Bonderman), however, were set up just like Ichiro - no option to
activate, only options to reserve and waive (again, noting that these
players are already reserved.)
