[USML Announce] No Bids Through onroto.com?

As I mentioned in my e-mail a week ago, just to be on the safe side,
please submit copies of your bids to usmltrans at aol.com. The BidMeister
system is working, and it should be able to implement the e-bay style
bidding results (but of course the proof will be in the outcome).

Guessing the system is speaking of last week when it refers to Week 1

I have the message, but the bidding system is right below it, and it
lets me enter bids just fine.
