[USML Announce] 40-man rosters and non-roster invitees

If you want to post the PDF for each team page from mlb.com like Rich 
used to do, I'm for it.  Otherwise, we're going with the simple-to-read 
USA Today rosters.  Sorry, Brad.

No need to print non-roster invitees for auction purposes; we'll just 
wait for Winick's declarations.
