[USML Announce] position eligibility

One thing  maybe i'm wrong  but if you try to sort free agents on  our site 
by position ..the site will not impose our 20 games the previous  season  nor 
is it a problem of 5 in the current (last) season
 
Shelly Duncan comes up with eligible OF but below you see he  played 16 at 1b 
and 4 in OF   need to correct this before live bullets  fly
