[USML Announce] USML - NEW FAAB and trade handling

  To expedite the entry of roster moves, I am making two changes going
forward in how moves will be handled.  Please read below carefully.

 

1.  FAAB:  This is easy; FAAB moves will now be inserted automatically right
after the system determines the winning bid.  This means that you no longer
will have to wait for me to get up on Sunday morning before seeing your
moves reflected.

 

2.  Trades:  Owners will now be able to input trades directly.  On the main
webpage, go to the section on the lfthand side called "Team Pages, then go
down to the bar marked "trades."  You can propose a trade to another owner,
and if the receiving owner accepts the trade, the players will move
automatically.  The received players will show up as available for roster
moves, but the system will not begin counting their stats until the start of
the upcoming reporting period.  If you cannot figure out how to do this, you
may still report trades to me, and I will input them myself, but at least
kick the tires on this new feature.
