As an example, it is now 4 hrs later and I still haven't seen this email pop in nor my freeze list email from even earlier.

I don't know if anyone else experiences this but often usml mailing list emails don't pop into my box for hours or sometimes days.  It's very inconsistent.  Often I'm seeing response emails before getting the original email that someone is responding to.  Any ideas on a fix?
