[USML Announce] Re: USML email probs

I almost never receive in my Sidley e-mail the messages that I send to
the list.  That is not true when I send messages from my AOL address.

As an example, it is now 4 hrs later and I still haven't seen this email
pop in nor my freeze list email from even earlier.

inconsistent.  Often I'm seeing response emails before getting the
original email that someone is responding to.  Any ideas on a fix?
