[USML Announce] explain mulligan

No problem - here's the deal.  If you take a mulligan on Sunday by 10:00, you can not leave that change in place and make another.  For example, lets say you don't extend Brandon Wood's contract in the list disclosed today.  On Sunday night, you recognize your folly and announce by 10:00 p.m. your intention to extend his contract one year.  That is your mulligan.  You could retract that change and make a different change if you'd like.  You could modify the one year extension to a 2 year extenion.  But you can't leave Wood's contract with the one year extension and make another change to your roster.

If that doesn't help, please call me and I'll try to explain better my intention.

That still sounds like two mulligans to me. I can make one move by ten on Sunday, then can "modify, retract and substitute" before eleven.  How is that not a second move?
I am not trying to be difficult; I just want to clarify our rights after 10, before 11 on Sunday. Thanks.

Not correct.  You have the chance to make one mulligan by 10:00 on Sunday night.  If, after seeing what everyone else has done, you want to modify, retract and substitute mulligans, you can do so.  But you only get one mulligan.

so we have until 10:00 p.m. Sunday night to drop someone, add someone or swap someone. we must post that to announce at usml.net...then we have until 11:00 p.m. that night to make another mulligan move once we see what, if anything, others have done?  is that correct? i just need to schedule my sunday night shower....thanks....
