[USML Announce] Nukes Must Be Disarmed

Dear Elders of the League:
   As of 1:21 p.m. yesterday (the time I printed the rosters), the Nukes had
ten active pitchers. I hereby request that one of these pitchers be
deactivated, so I at least have a fighting chance for fifth.
