[USML Announce] other good cheap pick ups

I'm late to this party, but how the hell do you guys not list Jeff 
Francoeur when talking about the best $1 buys in this draft.  He's 
.286-19-84-22 with 75 runs.

Frenchy also belongs in the conversation for being involved in the 
season's most lopsided trade -- dealt by me to the Daddies straight-up 
for Fausto "The Devil" Carmona.

Sigh.
