Brad: Good to hear from you. Did you already waive 2 of the 5 players
you obtained in your deal with the Berliners? What kind of lesson is
that for the rest of us who follow your every move?

Subject: [USML Announce] Week Three: What We Learned

LMC: Jacoby who? Team skips nary a beat, bolstered by league's finest
pitching staff and Josh Hamilton. COULD THIS BE THE YEAR?

BERLINERS: Fortunes sag like Santos's bum shoulder and Hosmer's batting
average. CAUSE FOR CONCERN?

MIGHTY RED HOTS: Adam Jones rides to the rescue, but current concern is
suspect pitching. WILL THE KING GET OFF THE THRONE?

BLOCK'S BOMBERS: In 4th place despite Morel and Sogard. Can Floyd keep
team in the money? HOW LONG CAN THIS LAST?

FLAMING BRATS: Cabrera alone can't help woeful run production and
lukewarm pitching. IS THE CASING OVERSTUFFED?

NUKES: No saves, no steals, Yu ain't goin' nowhere. IS IT TIME TO
DISARM?

KLEIN NINE: Still waiting for Aceve's ERA to fall below 20.00. DOES IT
HURT TO WATCH?

HOOSIER DADDIES: Best move was buying Soria back for $12. TIME FOR
ANOTHER PAINKILLER?

ANGRY YOUNG MEN: Homers and SB tough to come by, as is decent pitching.
HAVE YOU SEEN TITANIC 3-D?

ADAMS FAMILY VALUES: Trades for a minor leaguer with more walks than
innings pitched. WHY DID YOU LISTEN TO BLOCKER.

RIPTORNS: Once proud franchise mired in Cowgill, Conger and Strop. IT
WILL GET BETTER. WON'T IT?
