[USML Announce] USML Draft - starting time

This creates a huge advantage for John Fruit.  To him 6:30 a.m. is mid-day,
and he'll be in prime form.

(BTW ... I hope the rest of the league will join me in encouraging Fruiter
to look for a flight and join us live instead of by phone.)
