Greetings;
I second the motion - it's been a couple years since Fruit has shown up in person. C'mon man, there are plenty of flights
from the hinterlands into ORD! BTW, I've eaten a couple of bugs in recent history - just not in the presence of USML members.
And what's the deal with this $60 Pujols talk? Did he suddenly acquire the speed of an Alex Gordon or Frenchy Francouer?
Rick

This creates a huge advantage for John Fruit. To him 6:30 a.m. is mid-day, and he'll be in prime form.
(BTW ... I hope the rest of the league will join me in encouraging Fruiter to look for a flight and join us live instead of by phone.)

I hate to interrupt all of the bug chatter, but I must do so in order to deliver two pieces of bad news for those who are not early risers. First, we are moving up the starting time of the draft; we will start at 7:30 rather than 8:00. The reason we are doing so is to accommodate an owner who has to catch a work-related flight in the afternoon. Second, this probably would not be a big deal but for the fact that this weekend is the one on which we move the clocks forward (“Spring forward”), so the real-feel draft time is even earlier. Please adjust your clocks ahead of time to make sure prompt arrival at the draft.
